We care about the safety and well-being of all pets. We want to assure you that we will make every effort to make your pet’s grooming visit as pleasant as possible.To help provide a safe and enjoyable grooming experience for you and your fur-baby, here are some reminders:
All pets must have up-to-date and valid proof of vaccinations, flea and tick treatments, and deworming from a licensed veterinarian. You must provide a physical card or a digital copy.
Pets showing signs of illness or distress, or found to have fleas or ticks, will be refused service. Parasites, such as fleas and ticks, pose a health hazard to your pet and to humans.
Walk-ins are always welcome, but those with appointments will be prioritised to keep the service smooth and fast.
All pets must be on a leash or in their carriers at all times to ensure their safety and the safety of others.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop services for pets at any time before or during the services if it is determined, in our sole discretion, that the pet(s) pose a danger to the health and safety of themselves, other pets, or other people.
Owners must inform us of any specific grooming requests or concerns prior to the appointment.
You must arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to perform a quick health check and discuss the grooming style without rushing.
Appointments more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to maintain our schedule. If time allows, additional fees may apply to complete services.
Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule must make a non-refundable P500 deposit per pet, per appointment. Our groomers provide gentle, individualised attention in a calm environment. Each appointment is a reserved time slot, and missed appointments impact our small business, grooming professionals, and pet care specialists.
We’ll text or call you when your pet is ready. Late pick-up and holding fees apply after a 15-minute grace period.
If you have something to do, we ask that you inform us that you need to drop off early or pick up late. If your pet needs to stay with us longer than the dedicated service time, we will charge a holding fee.
Please walk your dog before appointments. A P500 cleanup fee applies to repeated accidents.
